1. Transit Damage Guarantee

Every artifact is shipped in custom-engineered protective packaging. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged during transit, we offer an immediate, hassle-free replacement at zero extra cost to you.

2. How to Request a Replacement / Refund

To initiate a replacement or refund for transit damage or defects:

  • Contact our team within 48 hours of package delivery.
  • Send a photo or short video of the outer box and item via WhatsApp at +91 80068 93000 or email support@viyonadesigns.com with your Order ID.
  • Our team will dispatch a brand-new replacement unit within 24 hours or process a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days as per banking network standards.
